Cancelling or changing an appointment

Persistent defaulters maybe removed from the list.

Home visits

We ask patients to come to the surgery unless medically unfit to travel. If you feel a visit is necessary, please telephone before 10.30am so that requests can be prioritised. All calls are recorded.

The doctors can see 3 or 4 patients in surgery in the time it takes to do a visit, so we would prefer you to make an appointment if at all possible. The GP may telephone you to assess the need for a visit beforehand.
